Refunds will only be processed under the following condition:
- If you face a technical or service related issue and we are unable to provide a solution or a replacement, then a refund may be issued.
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect purchase made by the customer
- Partial usage of a service
- Delay caused by the customer's failure to provide required information
All refund decisions are made at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms and Conditions.
For the purpose of calculating service periods, 30 days shall constitute one month and 365 days shall constitute one year.
When a service reaches its expiration date, we reserve the right to cancel or terminate that service without prior notice.
Upon termination, all rights to use our services will immediately end.
